Our Mission
Connect to Empower is rooted in care, patience, and a deep belief in each individual’s potential. It is where we support and facilitate young adults with disabilities navigating California’s Self Determination Program, walking alongside them with intention and respect. We help turn their goals into clear, meaningful plans that truly reflect their needs, preferences, and everyday lives, while nurturing independence, confidence, and routines that support who they are becoming.

- Guidance in finding and developing vendors, including microenterprise opportunities that build skills and meaningful work
- Guiding social interaction opportunities and sharing resources that support independence and everyday life
